Welcome to the Stilnovawear Shipping Policy. This policy explains our shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking information, and what to do if there is an issue with your delivery.
This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped to customers in the United States.
Stilnovawear is a trading name of BJ Ecom B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. Our registered company address is Jacob Leendert van Rijweg 50, 2713 JA Zoetermeer, Netherlands.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
We do not currently ship to countries outside the United States. If your shipping address cannot be served by our available carriers, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a specific promotion.
Any applicable taxes or charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
3. Processing Time and Delivery Time

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays.
Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on US federal public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Remote locations, Alaska, Hawaii, or carrier-limited areas may occasionally require additional delivery time.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe shown above, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
6. Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our website chat or at support@stilnovawear.com.
We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or another issue caused by the customer, the package may be returned to us or held by the carrier.
In these cases, any return shipping fees, re-shipping costs, or related carrier charges may be deducted from any applicable refund where permitted by law.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us via our website chat or at support@stilnovawear.com.
